Job Description
We are currently seeking a full time and part time kitchen staff
Major responsibilities include:

Prepare pizza, grill and fryer foods

Review menus prior to preparation of food

Assure that all food preparation and handling procedures are followed

Follow all sanitation guidelines
-
Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
-
Work in a fast paced environment

Work efficiently alongside others
Requirements
-
Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience preferred
-
Positive attitude
-
Abilty to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Night and weekend avialability
-
Schedule flexibility
-
Standing on feet for extended periods of time

Experience with quantity food preparation preferred

Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes

Must have a Food Handlers Certificate or obtain within 30 days of hire. Foodservice Manager Certification Preferred
